关于延迟开学的通知书Parent Letter about Delaying to March 2nd

尊敬的家长:

按照深圳市政府的规定，普通企业不得早于二月十日前开工营业。许多教师也已在假期期间出游，一些国家/地区政府已发布禁止赴华旅行的警告，也有大量的国际航班被取消。我们在之前评估疫情的时候已经决定将开学的日期延迟一周并为学生提供远程教学的服务。然而，为了您和您家人的健康着想，深国交将继续封闭校园直至三月二日(星期一)，除非因情势所逼，不排除需要继续延迟开学的可能。学校将于二月十日至二十八日为所有班级提供远程教学的服务。

Dear Parents,

According to the Shenzhen government, normal businesses are not to open before 12:00am on February 10th. Many teachers have travelled for the holiday and some national governments have posted non-travel advisories for China and there has been cancellation of a large number of international flights. We had already decided to suspend the re-opening of the school for students for the first week and to conduct online learning while we assessed the situation. However, to help you and your families to ensure your own safety. SCIE will remain closed for students until Monday, March 2nd, unless we need to make further delays if the situation warrants. We will be conducting online learning from February 10th through to February 28th for all classes.
